Siromer Flatpack Tractors

The flatpack option is a 10 stage construction process fully supported by an English construction manual. Each of the 10 stages has an estimated operation time of one hour.

  1. Unpack crate, check contents familiarisation with construction manual.
  2. Check tyre pressure. Lift tractor body from crate and bolt on 4 wheels.
  3. Attach rear mud guards. Attach roll bar and seat belt anchor points.
  4. Attach front weight frame. Insert battery.
  5. Attach rear lights, Attach 3 point linkage trailing arms and top link.
  6. Apply grease, lubricants and coolant. Fill fuel tank with agricultural diesel. Connect battery terminals, prime injector pump. Start engine.
  7. Check all bolts for tightness and fluid connections for leaks.
  8. Attach engine cowling, bonnet & side panels.
  9. Connect electrical cables.
  10. PDI Checks.
The steel crate can be used to make a trailer.
